The hotel is right in the heart of Plymouth, near everything you need, offering amazing rooms with beautifully kept balconies but lacks dining variety. The Duty Manager's sweet gesture of chocolates and a welcome note added a lovely touch to the service. Although the Wi-Fi had to be paid for separately, the value for money was generally good.
